Registration

The registration fees include access to all technical sessions, abstracts, and program as well as breakfast each day, two refreshment breaks each day, lunch each day and a conference dinner on September 10.

Early Registration: May 15 - July 31

Early Member*: $825
Early Non-Member: $925
Early Student: $775

Presenting authors must register by July 31 for inclusion in the program.

Late Registration: August 1 - September 11

Late Member*: $925
Late Non-Member: $1025
Late Student: $875

Short Course Only Registration: $250

*Member rates apply if you are a member in good standing with USACM.

Payment will be by credit card. Please email admin@usacm.org if you need an alternative payment option.

If it is necessary to cancel a registration, you must request by email a refund before September 1, 2026.  No refunds will be granted beginning September 2.  A $50 administrative fee will apply to all refunds.
